You will be entered into a regular quarterly Prize Draw to win a £200 Naylor Myers voucher as a thank you for your time and custom. Prize Draws will take place in March, June, September & December.
You will receive a unique Customer Number. This enables you to be recognised in any of our ten Naylor Myers Branches and Boards Timber Merchants. Collect a ‘Goody Bag’ at your local branch when you use your Customer Number for the first time. You will receive the same level of service as our credit customers. Your pricing structure will remain the same within all ten Branches with a possibility of the Myers Group creating you a tailor made pricing agreement. If requested you may have a dedicated member of staff at your regular branch who will look after your requirements. We will listen to your needs and suggestions and where possible try to improve our services towards the requirements of the cash customer. Not only will you receive promotional offers on a regular basis via e-mail but you will also be informed of any other relevant information on new products and any forth coming special events. Our quarterly Group newsletter will be e-mailed to you allowing you to keep up to date with Myers Group activities.
