The restoration of the Town and Bandstand Gardens on Lord Street, Southport was part of a £4 Million project for improving the Town Centre. It featured over 2500m2 of Johnson's Yorkstone diamond sawn paving used to dramatic effect alongside Cumbrian slate and Portland stone.
Says Project Architect Phill Deeley "...The gardens are now the jewel in the crown of Lord Street. We hope they are seen as a feature of great civic pride."
