An attractive randomly striated finish is achieved by  a modern primary sawing system developed from traditional cutting techniques used universally prior to introduction of diamond tipped blades in the 1940's.Particles of cast iron shot are dragged by corrugated blades through the block stone producing a combed effect finish. An added bonus to visual appeal is an exceptional skid and slip resistance value making the shot sawn finish ideal for any landscaped or pedestrianised area.
